I together with my wife, made several long-distance travels for longer time periods before we left the Netherlands permanently in January of 2015 to travel around the globe. During these times we learn a lot of different customs and cultures. In Thailand we successfully completed several massage courses and off course I naturally engrossed in the local cuisine of all the countries, becaue where can you learn more about food than in the kitchen.
